Why We Charge for Bridal Appointments
Saturdays are our busiest days, and we want to make sure those appointments are available for brides who are ready to find the dress. Unfortunately, we’ve seen a rise in brides using weekend appointments just to discover their preferred style—with no intention of purchasing, but using the knowledge and expertise gained from our highly trained consultants to search for something cheaper on the internet. This means genuine brides who are ready to buy can struggle to get the weekend appointments they need.
To keep things fair, we charge a small fee for appointments—but this is fully deductible from the price of your dress if you choose to purchase with us.
